From this morning's situation report:
"The rain has created muddy conditions which has provided access problems to the drop points. Minimal activity with smoldering and creeping in the morning. As the sun came out there was single tree torching and open flames in the jack-strawed trees. Working on a slopover into Shovel Creek. The crews continue with structure protection."
