Energy Rating: 98.3 out of 100! 5 Star+
News just in... the home energy efficiency rating came in to 98.3! Highest rating so far in Alaska.

Wow! That's great! Not that you need it there or anything. :-)
Not like here where the temp can vary between oh, about 40 degrees (above) to around 80 degrees or so. Also above!
